Understand your home's energy habits with help from our Energy Experts

Receive a complete Home Health Report with tailored advice to help you cut energy use and lower your bills

If you’re a homeowner, a certified Greenolite Energy Expert will perform a detailed home energy assessment.

The service also includes an updated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). While it normally costs £100 for those with other energy providers, Greenolite customers who own their homes can currently book this service for just £25.

Experts in title, and in every action we take

Not sure where to begin? Curious about what energy-saving upgrades suit your home? Or wondering if your insulation is up to the mark? Our expert team will carry out a detailed home assessment to identify the improvements that could help you save money and reduce carbon emissions.

And we won’t leave you there — we’ll stay in touch for up to six months after your visit to support your progress. Of course, you’re free to opt out at any time.

Here’s what you’ll get

A home visit from a qualified Greenolite Energy Expert

Our Energy Experts are qualified home energy assessors. They'll go room-by-room, carrying out a top-to-bottom review of your home's energy efficiency. Think of it just like a health check for your home. They'll take the time to understand your home and any future plans you have for it, as well as answering any questions you have on the day.

Personalised advice in a Home Health Report

You’ll receive a detailed report via email — and if you're a Beyond user, you can also access it directly through the Greenolite app. In fact, 94% of customers found the report clear and easy to understand. The report includes tailored advice on how to make your home more energy-efficient — whether it’s improving insulation or replacing your boiler with a heat pump. You’ll also find information about funding opportunities you may be eligible for.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

This government-recognised certificate rates your home's energy efficiency and outlines how much you could save on energy bills and carbon emissions by making improvements. We’ll also register your certificate with the official government database. A valid and up-to-date Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is often essential when applying for grants, selling your property, or installing solar panels.

Who’s eligible to book a visit?

Want to book a visit with one of our Energy Experts? Here’s what you’ll need:

Be present: Our home assessment usually takes around 2 hours, so we’ll need you to be at the property during the visit.

Be the homeowner: Since we’ll register your new EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) with the government, we’ll need consent from the homeowner.
